Bulk Mulch

Double Premium Mulch:

A quality dark hardwood mulch.

Organic Black Mulch:

A quality mulch.  Mulch is dyed black with a non-toxic zinc based organic paint. Stays black the longest.

Note:

Excess mulch should be removed from beds and tree rings each year.  Fresh mulch should be applied to beds between 2 and 3 inches thick.

Mulch Calculation:

Mulch is only sold by the cubic yard.  Customers will ask you how much they need.  You can give them an estimated quantity based on the total square feet of the area needed to be covered.  Ask them to measure the length and width of the areas.  Area = Length x Width.

Formula:

Total Square Feet (.25)/27 = Total Yards

Example:

Bed is 25’x4’ = 100 Sq. Ft.(.25)/27 = .92 Yards or 1 Yd.
