Steph and I wanted to circle back with you in follow up to the work your crew performed yesterday at our home.
We wanted to thank you for an excellent job! The team was on time, very diligent and fulfilled our agreement (leaf collection and garden clean up) despite the challenges of very nasty weather.

Dear James and the rest of the Keystone Team,
Now that we’ve had a week or so to live in our new backyard, particularly me, I thought I’d share some thoughts and gratitude on our excellent experience with Keystone.
First, I can’t thank you enough James for your excellent custom service, creativity, design skills, knowledge, honesty and patience. I knew when I met you last Summer, when we were talking weed control and maintenance, that FINALLY I had met someone who would be able to turn our backyard into something more. A year later, and you have. It’s now our own personal oasis and as the years go on, it’s clear it will grow into something even more fabulous! From the design of the patio to the selection of plants, it’s more than we ever dreamed was possible. And since I work from home, I’m out there all day and am have taken my laptop outside to work. I have mentioned many times to friends that you truly listened to me when I said I wanted outdoor rooms to live in. You gave them to me. So from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for this seemingly simple thing. It’s a beautiful place to be. Sincerely, thank you.
Second, to Wally and Mo, as well as the rest of the hardworking, all business, extremely professional Keystone Team. Thank you for showing up every day on time and with a smile on your faces. Thank you for respecting my home, privacy and eccentric habits. (of which there are many). Thank you for listening to my concerns with patience, making adjustments and communicating solutions when necessary. Wally, you have skill, knowledge and a great way with people. Thank you for steering the daily ship and keeping to the plan. Lucky you, you got to deal with the crying homeowner when I came home and saw my finished patio for the first time. Just what every guy needs. But it took my breath away. Thank you all for tearing it up and putting it back better than ever.
Last, our experience with Keystone has been fantastic across the board, from Travis on the mower keeping things neat and tidy to James coming up with gorgeous designs I can’t always afford. (Except the whole kitty litter thing). We’re thrilled to have you on board and wouldn’t dream of turning to anyone else for landscaping. Keeping our home in shape is a lot of work and we certainly can’t do it alone! But now, we don’t have to, we have Keystone. Next, the front yard! (hold on to those awesome plans James… )

Hello Steve,
I had the pleasure of using your company for mulch and stone this past March. I have had many disappointing experiences with other companies so I always brace myself. I came to your location to set up delivery so that I could pay and specify all of my needs face to face. I let your delivery team know that our driveway is extremely narrow and that a typical delivery truck will not fit down the driveway and I would prefer two different deliveries, separating the stone and mulch. I have had the issue of stone/mulch delivered at the same time and being co-mingled, which was a complete disaster.
So, the day of delivery I was schedule for 7:30 and at 7:31 the truck arrived with my stone. The young man was extremely kind and was very willing to accommodate. I told him that best case scenario would be the red stone at the end of the driveway and the river jack in the middle! He said he would do his very best (which by the way was perfect) to do such. He was not only timely, but very professional and helpful. After the stone was dropped, I realized that getting the mulch (the second delivery) back in the rear of the garage, was going to be impossible until the stone was put down.
So, I asked him if he could alert the office to make the delivery in a few hours, and not at the early time we had originally scheduled.
I got to work on putting down the stone and within a few hours had it all cleaned up! I called the office, told them I was now ready for the mulch and Voila' there it was!
The mulch delivery man was equally as kind and nice as the stone man! Wow, what a surprise. I have encountered very grouchy people as delivery people for many years and what a pleasant experience this year. You even sent a small truck as promised. The first to believe me about my very narrow driveway. Your team is professional, kind and the product is awesome too.
It was the cleanest mulch I have had. No ground up trash, plastic, etc....
Thank you for making my hard work a bit easier. Will be a customer for life!

Dear Keystone Gardens:
Two things impressed us before we even saw the price: 1) Mike said he had an idea to keep our porch looking as though it
has been here the whole time with the house and 2) Keystone Gardens would stand by their work in years to come.
We're really happy we chose Keystone for our new front porch! The guys showed up on time, kept us updated on the project
throughout and they cleaned up afterward - something we're not accustomed to!
We will definitely be using your services for the dozen or so projects we have dreamed up...

Dear Mike and Joe:
I am writing to thank you and your co-workers for your help in beautifying our back yard once again. We are very please with the outcome of the pavers.
Your workers are extremely professional and so easy to work with. It is amazing how one company can hire so many easy going, professional and personable employees. Their skill and eye for details has enhanced the beauty of our yard.
Once again thank you for your help and know that your number will always be available for our next gardening project. Enclosed are a few pictures of the wonderful work done by your men. Please thank them for a wonderful job. I am sorry this thank you is delayed. Unfortnately the end school and other commitments caused me to be slow in responding. Our highest garde in school is an O for Outstanding. This is the grade that Iw ould give you gentlemen.
